This is a minor deficiency. Tango DOS Schematic had a unused part report 
that provided a list of unused part sections.

The closest thing in Protel Schematic is Reports/Cross-Reference, which 
lists all parts in the schematic; each section is listed separately, so if 
you know how many sections there are in a particular component, you can see 
what is not present.

I find it useful, when placing a multipart component, to go ahead and place 
all sections immediately. They can later be moved to where they are used, 
or if they are never used, it is obvious that they are unused because they 
are just floating with no connections; these can be gathered together and 
unused inputs tied high or low if desired....
