I also think its something to do with your fixed table - that allows you to scroll behind things .. I do believe if you change the layout the problem will go away.. Couple of other things that sometimes make browsers behave weirdly... A couple or more of your tables and have id's with spaces in them.. I think you have a Z-index problem if i am using the App correctly... Also draggables / droppables sometimes dont play nice in tables - this is in the docs!..
