If the translated `--help' contains two report addresses, one for
programmatic and documentation matters, the other for linguistic gripes,
it helps keeping separate the responsibilities of the maintainer, and the
translation teams. Moreover, it sends a clearer message to everybody that
these responsibilities are meant to be separated. So, we should favour it.

Están a propor que ao traducir programas, na cadea onde pon "Report bugs to
<...>" que, ademáis de traducila, se engada unha de "Avise dos erros na
traducción a <...>".
Isto é porque algúns mantedores se queixan de que reciben avisos e teñen
que mirar no ficheiro PO para mirar onde teñen que os enviar; deste xeito,
redúcese o problema.
