Welcome to the wonderful world of PCB design ;)
Ordinarily you'd have to read the datasheet, discover that the package
is a narrow ssop24 and then find that in a manufacturer drawing, or
possibly an IPC document, verify that the package you found was actually
the right package, and go from there.

Ummm... I don't understand, what you do mean the dimensions aren't in
the datasheet. Look on page 23 of the datasheet at:
