Hi Jeremy, i produced a standard MacOS application bundle for pspp on OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 based on the current macports pspp version 0.10.2. I used this script https://github.com/fredowski/osxbundler to build the bundle. This is based on gtk-mac-bundler. The bundle is based on the quartz
