yep. Midi mag is your friend with these types of thing. if you put a post on

Good luck.

Logic has some great sounds and some promise on the accessibility front. It is
not, however, ready for prime time. One of the main problems is that there are
no Logic experts, nobody using it full time on a daily basis in any sort of
serious way in a studio environment. That's not to say one can
Hi Jakub,
It's already been answered by now, but one more hand waving here

the last few versions.

There be folks getting stuff done in Logic, but if you're hoping for
well-rounded, blind user influenced, consistent accessibility, PT is
the DAW to beat at the moment by quite some margin IMO. I know we have
some Logic users on here, some of them being staunch fans and perhaps
a few that have made
It’s logical from a sighted user’s point of view. Drag the slider left or
right to pan, up and down to move forward or back. Makes perfect sense.

That's kind a what I was thinking. Wow, what she's describing with Logic
sounds utterly disgusting! not to mention confusing! And yet, just another
reason I refuse to go the Logic route.

Hi Ashley,
There are no circular sliders in Pro Tools, per se. The term is used by Apple,
I suppose, to indicate a knob. Of course, in PT, either left or right arrows
will do the trick for pan and up and down will work for vertical sliders and,
in some cases, either will yield the same result.

What slider specifically are you talking about. The only thing similar to
this I've seen is the pan dial on each track, and that apparently only moves
left and right.

I’m talking about the pan dial; primarily in Logic, though I’ve seen many
similar sliders in PT plugins so it’s relevant for PT users too. The pan dial
in logic has both left / right positions, as well as a vertical movement to
bring something forward or backward in the stereo field.

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me how to access the vertical portion of a circular slider with
Voiceover? I can interact with the slider to move it left / right, but can’t
seem to figure out how to move it up or down. I think I’m missing something
stupidly obvious here.
any help greatly appreciated.

I noticed on the Avid website that they’ve extended the free Eleven plugin

plugin for free.

Agreed Poppa,
I'm just in the middle of moving from a pt 9.03 HD3 system to a 12.3 hdx system.
The accessibility in 12.3 is lightyears better than pt 9.03 on snow leopard!
the verdict is still out for El Capitan for me though! :)
For instance my mac mini is experiencing some issues such as getting

Hello Jakub,
If I were you, I would go to PT 12.3. There are lots of improvements
concerning the accessibility with Voiceover. You now can read all meters
and displays. The aax format is also accessible, so that you can read
the plugin parameters. The midi event list also is accessible. These
