Yes, or you can also simply choose it from the Options menu as an alternative
but double-tapping works well.

i don't have it so nope, I have no idea if it's accessible or not.
Sorry.
I'm a Windows guy, but if Sound forge is
accessible on the Mac, try it's Statistics
function. It displays all the newer loudness data
about whatever file you have loaded. loudness units, true peak, etc.

Hi Ramy!
Using Flo Tools you have to double tap.
Pressing once only tells you the current status of the function.
Double tapping changes the status.
Not using Flo Tools will change the status each press without any speech
feedback.

So a couple of thoughts:
1. You can always bounce a selected range rather than from the beginning of the
session's timeline. You can select starting from the beginning of the audio
until the end and allow for any reverb or delay tail. this keeps all of your
markers and such in place.
2. What a
BTW, are you on Keyboard Maestro version 8? I think that might be the only
version of KM compatible with High Sierra. Just a thought.

Now i’ve just got to work out why flo tools is acting like a chocolate Tea pot.

Hello Ignasi!
If your project includes e.g. position markers and tempo changes, cutting
starting silence will damage them.
Further some space at the beginning of a session could be helpful for later
editing etc.

But why can’t you just get rid of the silence before bouncing the project out
of ProTools? Otherwise a great option is Audacity. It works great for that kind
of simple editing, and is completely free. Be careful though, because as far as
I remember the latest version does not work with
Hello John André!
Thanks for your fast response.
I'll try "Fission".

You might try Fission, it’s VoiceOver friendly and cheap.

Hi all!
After bouncing projects out of Pro Tools in wave or mp3 format.
How do you cout the starting or trailing silence?
Pro Tools of course could this. But is there a less over sized, Voice Over
friendly way?
Thanks and best! / Martin
