But does that mean that it's working for you now? It's a bit quirky but, after
entering a value, I think you need to hit Return for it to take effect and then
hit Apply. Keep me posted. If you're on 12.8.2, in Notes View, press the right
arrow to select one note and try to transpose i

keyboard, the selection works.
Both are blue tooth devices.
And the entries in the edit fields look the same…

It is a drum track.
When using control+numpadMinus or -Plus, all the C1 notes are transposed, too.
So my selection must be wrong.

I have a midi track, trackview is notes.
Now I select the whole track.
Then I press option+y to select one of the midi notes for later transposing.
After the selection I press option+t and chose the transpose step.
And after that all notes became transposed. Not only the before selected one

maybe a better way of getting the job done, but it seems to work.
