I've got a ProTools HD Native system running PT 12.3.1, and my "control
surface" is a c24. PT sees my HDIO interface and lets me select that
playback engine, but it doesn't see the C24. The c24 says it's offline, so
I know it's not being recognized. Network lights show activity on
box and select the C|24 from the pop-up menus. If it doesn't
work the first time, reboot the computer and try again. I had an invisible C|24
the first time I ran the v12 beta and it worked after a reboot. Let me know if
that works.
