Hi Slau,
my two cents would be to make sure that protools|First, the free version of
protools Avid is going to release anytime soon, gets the same accessibility
level of the standard Protools 12.
Vincenzo.

Hi all,
I think this situation is really dangerous for accessibility in protools!
Maybe a petition to report at Avid the problem with this new plugin format and
to remember them they still need to do more for full accessibility in protools
could be a not-so-bad idea…
Just my thought, as a
Hi all,
ok, this is just an idea, maybe we should consider all advices/opinions/ideas

I would be really interested in Slau's opinion, because we can consider him as
the most experienced person in having relationships with Avid; I read his

Hi Chuck and all,
so you said that's possible to do a bit of midi editing in protools, didn't you?
That's really cool, is this a new feature added in version 10?
Could you give me a little demonstration via skype or through a podcast, please?
I am not a regular protools user yet, but if I

I'll test it with great pleasure, but I know that you need an usb-elicenser to
activate the tryal version.
If you hadn't it, I think you couldn't test Cubase...
However, if someone is able to test this program, I would like to know if it is
accessible or not, and what are the inaccessible
gear and see how it reacts to situations. Don't be afraid to
try things. Most importantly listen. Learn how to listen. Your ears are
going to be the tool that you can't live with out. Learn how to use them.

However, I understand nothing!
Is there anyone who wants to spend his/her time to explain me the basics

How can I test if it works with pro tools?
Vincenzo.
to contact the makers of the program to see if it'll work with
Pro Tools in any way and you'll have to find out if there's a demo version so
you can see if the program is accessible with VoiceOver.
