Deleting options

Hi folks, I'm really getting the hang of ProTools, thanks to the excellent ProTools with Speech tutorials from Matt and Rob. I'm just wondering how to delete so that there isn't a gap in the audio. Basically, I want to delete and move the audio to the left, rather than there being a big gap wh
