One more vote for Drummer in GarageBand, or Logic if you want to export individual tracks. So far as I know there's nothing else out there where the options to tinker with styles, patterns and whatnot on the fly are usable with VoiceOver, and I suspect that's what Sean is after. The actual samples

Hey Kev, I use SS trigger and SS drums daily both in studio and live sound. There's no UI for VO but it works perfectly with a control surface. It can import wav files so you can use it for any drum samples. You can also trigger it through midi sources if you have a project with bad midi drum s
