While it's easy to move a plug-in within the same track, I haven't found a
way to Option-drag a plug-in across tracks to an insert on another track.
The problem is that VoiceOver doesn't support modified click
erybody.

Yes hold down the "option key
" before you hit down mouse on the plug you want to move and everything gets
copied to the new insert slot leaving the original intact. :)
