FYI, the voiceover modifier keys can be changed under voiceover settings
using the.VO Plus F8 to enter voiceover settings. It can be changed to using
the caps lock key.
Take care,
Sean

Hi Joy,
I don't think there's any way of changing Control and Option as it relates to
VoiceOver. However, you can still use Control-Option-Tab by passing through the
shortcut. First, press Control-Option-Tab once to pass through the next
shortcut

Hi, you need to be running El Capitan to have that option.

Hi Matt,
If you're on a clip boundary, yes, all that's needed is the Shift modifier but,
if you're in the middle of a clip or between clips, Control-Tab moves to and
selects the next clip in the timeline and adding Option will do the same moving
earlier in the timeline.

Slau

Hi,
that's another pair of shortcuts. I'm talking about the one using control.

Hello, the modifier to select is actually shift not control, so as far as that
goes there is not a conflict. So shift tab and shift option tab.

Hey Slau,
first of all, thanks for clarifying. Now, here's something I've been thinking
about, in regard to the shortcuts you mentioned:
besides the ctrl-tab: select next region, there obviously also is:
ctrl-option-tab: select previous region. This shortcuts is not so usable for

OK, Slau covered this about 2 weeks ago, as I had the same question.
Let me see if I can remember this. This is actually good, as it'll reenforce
what he tought me. Let's see what I retained.
First off, you need to set your nudge value. To do this, use the numpad plus
and minus keys. Plus
appreciate it thanks I'm going to try it out cause when I was nudging
it would slide the clip far either way

Hi.
This is from Slau.
To change the nudge value, use Option-Command- plus or minus. The range of
values does not wrap up so you can be certain what value you've selected by
keeping in mind that the default nudge values are:
one millisecond, ten milliseconds, one hundred milliseconds, five
