Hi Vaughn,
Look under the Tracks menu. If you see an Option that says "Bounce," just use
that. The shortcut is Command-Option-Shift-b. If you don't see that Option,
that means it's not available in version 11. Also, for example, you won't see
"Commit" or "Freeze" because those were introduced i

Hello folks,
Even after focusing voiceover on the track within the track list, I still
cannot find the bounce in the contextual menu when I press VO+Shift+M. It shows
eight items including hide, rename, delete, but no bounce. Any idea as to why
this is? I am using Protools 11.3.1.
Thanks,

Hi Vaughn,
Make sure you're not on the show/hide control but on the name where you can
hear whether the tracks are selected or not. Bringing up the contextual menu
works there. The mouse pointer doesn't need to be focused there. It's a list of
default actions that VoiceOver will see regardless
Hello,
All of the tracks are selected in the table list view under the edit mode. The
menu mentioned only shows hide, make inactive, scroll into view, rename,
duplicate, delete, new, and hide and make inactive. I still do not see any

I think the options are dizzying these days. It's certainly possible to create
multiple simultaneous bounces with various sources. I haven't yet had the need
to avail myself of that feature but I'm sure it'll come up at some point. As
usual, I'm sure there are multiple ways of achieving the same

once. So for the folks who need to do vocal up, vocal down, instrumental, etc,
you could render them simultaneously. Is this true, or am I smoking some crack
that has expired long time ago?

Yep, even if all tracks are routed to the same output, each track is bounced
individually plus you can do it offline. You have the option of including a
prefix for each file and then the name of the track is appended to that file
name. Great way to archive if you don't necessarily want to commit
So are you saying that we can now bounce individual tracks instead of exporting?
If so, this is fantastic.
I thought that the bounce option only did stereo bounces.

Hi Vaughn,
I'm not sure where VoiceOver is focused when you're trying to bring up the
contextual menu but one place where it will surely work is in the Tracks List
Table. Focus on any of the selected tracks and use Control-Option-Shift-m to
bring up the contextual menu. One of the items will be
Hello folks,
I am trying to figure out how to bounce individuals tracks into a wave format
in order to send to my bassist for mixing.
So far all the tracks are selected. But I was told that pressing VO+shift M
would bring up a bounce option along with the usual rename, delete etc. But I
