Flotools and Protools question

Hi all, OK, so I’ve finally installed Flotools and Protools 2018 but I have a question. Where do I set track heights to medium? And at last, if my display language is not set to English US, but my keyboard is set to it, is that fine or should the display language also be set? Many thanks,
