Re: 2 problems with ks888 mk2.

2020-08-16 Thread Chi Kim

Have you try deleting FaceBook 360 plugins?

For some users, Facebook plugins that come with Pro Tools interfere with
Accessibility for Komplete Kontrol.

You can find them in /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins.

Delete everything that starts with FB360.

Or you can move them to Plug-Ins (Unused) folder if you don't want Pro
Tools to reinstall when you update.

Didn't someone read the first item that I said.  If the ks88 mk2 was being recognized by my mac mini I wouldn't say other wise.  When I changed u s b cables, the same thing happened.  I did also say that when I try to press the shift+mix at the same time nothing happens.  I also said that Sweetwater remoted in but they suggested that I either send it in for repares or get a replacement.  I'm not sure how long it would take since i'm not sure where native-instruments location is that does the repares.  These are things that are important.  I'm not sure what else I need to say at the moment.  I don't know if anyone else has had these problems but I don't know what else to do?  Thank you for any other suggestions that you might have to solve these problems.-Original Message-

It could be a USB cable or adapter issue. That’d be my next step.
