Just to be clear, Komplete Kontrol is a plug-in that has a dedicated series of MIDI controller keyboards that interface with the plug-in but the plug-in itself has no libraries. The Komplete Kontrol plug-in can load Native instruments products like Komplete and Komplete Ultimate or individual

The Komplete Kontrol S series keyboard is a MIDI keyboard and not a control surface. While it does have encoder knobs, it's not the type of controller that controls track volume, mute, pan, etc. Here's an article that lists compatible devices:
