Ramy, it's reading minutes and seconds because your main counter is set 
to minutes seconds.

Go to view menu, main counter, and change to bars and beats.

I could be wrong, but numpad 1 and 2 will always change by either one 
bar or one second at a time depending on your main counter.

However, control+comma and control+period or numpad plus and numpad 
minus will change by your nudge value.
If you want to just navigate through by nudge value, make sure nothing 
is selected before using those commands. If something is selected, it'll 
actually move what's selected, so be careful.

SOme questions Regarding Flo tools and Protools IN general

Hell all:

After using FLo tools, I have some questions that hope I can find an answer.
1- with Cmd-f4, I can read the counter, but it reads it in minutes,
can I read the counter in bars? like bar 1 beat 2 etc?
2- if I need to change my numpad 1 and 2, from moving by ticks to
moving by mesures, a sited sound engineer told me that, in the edit
window, in the edit claster, I can choose the I think Gred  view or
something instead of slept, this means that it will move by mesures
not by ticks or seconds.
