Did you try setting those packages to ignore? Some ptxdist packages
like machine-id, os-release, rc-once or rootfs do this, for example
like this in rules/rootfs.make:

  ROOTFS_LICENSE  := ignore

[ptxdist] License info for no-source packages

2018-02-08 Thread Alm, Michael
Hi,

I have some ptxdist packages that do not use any source code. , For example
they just make some configuration to the rootfs, like creating symlinks. So
there is no real need to provide license information. But this way I get ugly
warnings in the License Report (ptxdist 2015.05.0), because of unknown
licenses.

What is best-practice for the LICENSE info in the rule file in that case?
Would it be possible to exclude these packages from the license report?

Thx
Michael
