Yes and no ;-)
Of course we want to interlink the OSM data with as many other data
sources as possible. Candidates are Geonames, Wiki/DBpedia,
Worldfactbook, OpenResearch [1] etc.

Has there been any thought given to the potential RDF change in the rdf:text
proposal from OWL (and RIF)? It changes RDF so that there are two ways to
write down literals with language tags:
