The same thing happens with the 1.3.0-6 source. Put /opt/puppet/bin in the path
so /usr/bin/env ruby would work and build RPM's from the rake task.
So the mcollective base path for it's files are:
/opt/puppet/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/mcollective

I glanced at this issue and I suspect our ruby isn't finding the symbols in
thread.so correctly. I don't really have the bandwidth to dive deeper into

The problem appears to be related to a class using relationship metaparameters
then later specifying relationships using arrow notation.
