Hi,
can we re-open the Bug? It occured suddenly again, but now it looks like the
schedule ignores the metaparameters, e.g. period always points to default (1).

part, and the problem is having a network server in a privileged process and
exposing a whole `Puppet::Network::HTTP::WEBrickREST` just to serve the `run`
indirection?
