Everything I run, is done from the Administrator account. All "cmd" instances
were started with "Open as Administrator".

Bug #23379: puppet agent 3.4.0-rc1 and windows 7 Professional (DE edition) -
"Service 'Puppet Agent' (puppet) could not be installed. Verify that you have
sufficient privileges to instal system services.

All operations were carried out under the Administrator account. Puppet 3.3.2
was already installed and running. Reboot did not help and neither did removing
puppet agent 3.3.2 before installing 3.4.0-rc1.
Windows is a fresh install (no other applications installed) and has no SP.
