You can use the 'create folder' to make a link to an existing directory (under advanced) and put that folder into your pythonpath ( http://www.fabioz.com/pydev/manual_101_project_conf2.html). Note that it has to be the same linked folder to be added to your pythonpath (pydev currently only works wi
