Sometimes after I used command such as select something
then I put my mouse back try to rotate, or zoom.
at that time, the mouse just not work.
sometimes I need to input 'edit' to make mouse can zoom.
I don't know which cause the mouse here not work. Can anybody tell me
how to avoid it or

Just use 'preset.function_name((sele))'. For example:
# fetch a protein, 1foo
fetch 1foo, async=0
# call b-factor-putty on 1foo
preset.b_factor_putty((1foo))

As I understand it only Parallels at this time offers OpenGL support
in the Linux VM. (But, Parallels doesn't yet support OpenGL in Ubuntu
11.04 with Unity, it's planned for their next update.) Both Parallels
and VMWare offer OpenGL for Windows.
