I wonder if anyone can help with this issue? I am currently using pymol
1.7.0.2 (based on SVN rev. 4087). Enabling gradient backgrounds works fine (as
in previous versions) - however, when I try to change the gradient colours by
setting bg_rgb_top / bg_rgb_bottom I see errors.

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction for converting an
isomesh (eg representing electron density at a particular sigma level)
to a cgo? I have looked around, but can't seem to find an example of
this.

This bug is now fixed in the open-source code (commit 3974)
and will be fixed in the next beta build of Incentive PyMOL.
