Re: [pytest-dev] tox is now on github

2016-09-20 Thread Tom Viner
Hi Ronny,

Any plans to move detox as well? I've found that along with a local devpi
as a cache it can really speed up tox runs that have many envs.

It currently lives at:
https://bitbucket.org/hpk42/detox

Either way, I note that the PyPi description (
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/detox/ ) is now outdated as it links to the
tox issues on bitbucket, so I've made a PR to fix that:
https://bitbucket.org/hpk42/detox/pull-requests/5/

Cheers,
Tom

Hello Ronny,

thanks a lot for going through the major PITA of doing such a move!

One thing I noticed is that the 4 remaining pull requests have not been
migrated. How can we deal with them?

Also see: https://github.com/tox-dev/tox/issues/352#issuecomment-247791365

The link to the pull request on Bitbucket now links to an unrelated issue
on Github. Is that expected fallout from the move or would you have
expected this to do the right thing on Github now?

Cheers
Oliver

2016-09-18 Thread Ronny Pfannschmidt
Hi Oliver,

your pull request that was directly in the branch is already converted
to a branch on gh

for the 3 other ones, i am able to pull them and turn them into branches
however i wont be able to fix the references :/

i think i'd like to have a note from the authors if they prefer to do
the export on their own
or if they want to have a branch on GH to start off

cheers,
Ronny
