I've had no responses so far to my message about not being able to run
IDLE, is there some other place I can go for help with it?
For reference I am using OS 10.3.9 and installed Python 2.4.3 as

Hi,
the hinted problems of wrong version and threads where not the cause. Linking
on OSX is a very diverse subject and I did some trial and error for a simple
example. The final solution was -flat_namespace.

I just want to use xcode for my ide (I realize that python is simple enough to run without one but I still would like to use xcode) and i have tried to google for an answer. Everything points to pyobjc and py2app but I dont want to make applications in obj-c I just want to be able to put *.py into
