We have see the certificate for company and we understand your doubt.
Anyway IMHO I still think it's useful to have a cartificate for "QGIS Trainer"
(as Tim correctly described it).
To be more clear I try to give you two examples.

After you login, go to

organization row.. to the right there's the print certificate button..
