There are no specific requirements for QGIS on Windows - any computer made
in the last 10 years will probably run it fine - newer hardware and better
specs will perform better with larger datasets, heavier processing routines.
Android version is available in the App Store - search for QField.

A user reported an issue on QGIS 2.18.11 (and probably previous versions).
When the drag and drop designer is used for a vector layer, the attribute
table, viewed in form mode, does not show any colour underneath the current
feature.
