in the repository or in the QGIS plugin manager.
The reason for this is that the client i wrote the plugin for wants to
maintain it in the future. I don't want to give him access to my account
though.

Just noticed that pandas and lxml are included again in the 3.10.4 LTR
released today. Nice! Does it stay this way?

standalone installation since 3.8. So there was no need to install QGIS
via the Network-Installer with pandas checked anymore.
