Hi Nathan
One question, how needed is the Min X, Max Y etc stuff. Currently it
takes up a lot of room and clutters (IMO) the interface. I was thinking
we might be able to hide it in an advanced section if it is only
used rarely.
IMO, you could move those element into an advanced section.
One way of hiding some of the syntactic complexity might be to use one
of the visual workflow systems like Orange http://orange.biolab.si/ to
construct raster operations, especially if it somehow tied in with the
SAGA/Grass/etc. workflow stuff that's being developed. True, this is

Alternatively, how about categorising operators like the expression

Have you seen the expression builder used for labeling?

The goal is to replace the current calculator with something that.
I updated QGIS-dev this morning. When I open a composer it is not
showing as a separate window in Windows on the taskbar. When I minimise
a composer window it minimises within the QGIS main window.
Is this intentional or a bug?
Also the icons on the composer toolbars ignored the icon size of the
Hi to all Users, Devs, Translators and Community!
As of today we have exactly 56 more or less important Bugfixes and
Improvements backported to the release-1_7 branch ..
It's been now more than two month since we released 1.7.3 and I think
it's time to give 1.7.4 a chance ..
And here is the

Sure, but only if there are no bigger bugs, introduced after 1.7.3.

Hi all.
Why not adding a default template, as it was long ago with the quickprint
plugin?
I think the blank page is intimidating for newbies, and it is quite convenient
to
have something simple to start with.
Opinions?

Hi Tim,
thanks for your reply.
I see you're busy ;) my question was more about what than when ;)
I plan to have 4 drawers working on production with QGIS during the
spring, and I just wonder what features I could expect for the next

Hi all.
I have a dtm, format adf, ranging from -3 to 2012. If I move the sliders (a
very slow
operation), I do not get the transparent areas I intended.
On another one (tiff, 0 to 662), everything ok.
Anyone confirms?
Thanks.
