I am also interested in helping out with the effort.
All the best,

Hello,
With the arrival of QGIS 3 what did you think about include the various
plugins for CAD in the core of QGIS?
ArcheoCAD, CADDigitize (mine), CadTools, Digitizing Tools, QAD, Spline,
and may be other offer identical functionality.

Hi all,
when creating a new field through Processing > Refactor fields, an
expression seems always required. I do not think this should be
necessary, because users sometimes want just to add a new empty column
to be filled afterwards.
Am I missing something?
All the best.

This is something I'd love to see in GDAL. As
Hi QGIS Server devs,
I’m using QGIS server and find it quite convenient, since I can author map
projects with powerful QGIS gui and get them published as OGC services right
on-the-fly. I don’t think any other FOSS OGC servers out there can boast the
same functionality. I’m not a QGIS Server

Hi René-Luc
Thanks, better to have it on the mailing list than with the github comments.
Well, taking the constructive parts out of that discussion, I think it
makes sense to take the opportunity to rewrite the server part
completely (it will be a while until there are the same number of
Hi devs,
The Qt4 and Python 2.7 is going away from QGIS master, following this PR:
Require python 3 and qt5 https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/3510
But a part of the project directly suffered of this: QGIS Server. As
explain on the Pull Request 'Require python 3 and qt5', all the QGIS

so, I was dreaming :)
pity however: is it difficult to add it? at least for standard packages,
they should be in a very predictable location

Hi all,
I thought the configuration for OTB path has been made automatic.
However I just tried, got an error, added the path to otb cli, and
everything works fine.
Was I dreaming, or we have a regression here?
Thanks.

Maybe, I'm not sure but I remember you at the HF2009 already being
surprised that people were still using Table Manager :)

Hello
Happy that users know about refactor fields.
+1 to add Refactor Fields in Vector menu processing default entries.
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/eefeef573d544be5dac3f665b10a4b757762e900/python/plugins/processing/gui/menus.py#L19
Concerning the attribute table button,
note that
I cannot aggree more with Vincent !
I would add than supporting python virtualenvs could be a solution to the
package distribution problems under Windows.

Hi Devs,
I'd like to know if an escape character is defined for the LIKE operator
in QGIS Expression.
If I take a look at the code src/core/qgsexpression.cpp:4343 no escape
char is used
```
if ( mOp == boLike || mOp == boILike || mOp == boNotLike || mOp
== boNotILike ) // change
