Should be fixed now.
I can't reproduce this on Linux
Do you want to file a bug report?

For me tests.qgis.org just redirects to the homepage. Is this
Hi Anita,
since today, qgis server reaches OGC compliancy for wms 1.3.0 on basic and
queryable levels. We have a blog post ready for that. There are 5 tests
missing for a full compliancy and we are just trying to evaluate how much
work this is.
We already could start a certification process in
Hi Anita
Are you going to put it on the QGIS blog? Could you share the draft then it is
on WP so I can make some edits?
For now I also put your text as a placeholder in the changelog for 3.0 here

I've extended Régis' draft with some of the more recent information. Please
let me know what you think. I'll try to publish in a couple of days.

Im trying to create a Composer Layout using Python and Im having issues
with addComposerHtmlFrame. I currently have QGIS 2.16.2 installed so the API

Recently I had to verify some measurements and I decided to test QGIS
master for this. Aside from facing various issues with the Measurement
options dropdowns [1] I noticed thar OTF has disappeared, so I suppose that
measurements are always done on the ellipsoid of the project CRS, unless a

Hi,
I discovered that overwriting env vars (user defined) in master fails to
work in QGIS master.
See issue https://issues.qgis.org/issues/17297
This happens at least in Windows 7.
Can someone confirm if this issue is reproducible?
Thanks,

Is this dependent on support in geos -

And PostGIS recently implemented a native vector tile output:

Hi,
QGIS 2x and qt 4.8 had the limitation, that as soon as the user
introduced transparencies or blend modes, that the PDF output had to be
rasterized.
Is this still the case with qt 5.9x or did something improve along these
lines? As far as I know, PDF supports both transparencies and blend
Hi Loïc,
As a cartographer and QGIS user I'd love to see spline or nurbs support
in QGIS. But from a developer point of view (and data format point of
view) it probably opens a can of worms. I do hope that we can get there
eventually.
As you have discovered, besides GML3 and DXF/DWG and ESRI
