I reckon it will be great to have a set of plugins for hydrology and
hydraulic modelling in QGIS.
To develop a new hydraulic engine for QGIS is not an ideal and we will
be re-inventing the wheel. So, the ideal situation is to take an
existing tool and use QGI to pre-process or
this ;)

Dear Devs,
With QGIS 3D is becoming more and more stable and usable, do you think it
is a sensible idea to remove the Globe plugin from the core?
I remember a discussion earlier this year about reducing the number of core
plugins.

You should be able to view the z and m values when in Node Tool.

and QGIS 2.
