Re: [Qgis-developer] Table Manager discontinuation and missing French translator
Hi Borys, I think both Russian and Ukrainian translations were mine, but can't remember exactly. Anyway I'm available to help with i18n for last version. 2016-09-22 15:16 GMT+03:00 Borys Jurgiel : > Hi folks! > > I'm going to discontinue the Table Manager. Maybe, I'm not sure but I remember you at the HF2009 already being surprised that people were still using Table Manager :) I would happily translate your farewell message Le 2016-09-22 16:59, Borys Jurgiel a écrit : Ah it was you, Jean Roc, weren't you? :) Dnia czwartek, 22 września 2016 14:16:25 Borys Jurgiel pisze: Hi folks! Re: [Qgis-developer] Table Manager discontinuation and missing French translator
Hello Happy that users know about refactor fields. +1 to add Refactor Fields in Vector menu processing default entries. https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/eefeef573d544be5dac3f665b10a4b757762e900/python/plugins/processing/gui/menus.py#L19 Concerning the attribute table button, note that Refactor Fields comes with a python plugin (if processing is installed with QGIS, it is not necessary loaded at runtime). Not sure that we can easily add a button in attribute table from python plugin. Arnaud Le 22/09/2016 17:04, Borys Jurgiel a écrit : Good idea. What about adding a shorcut to the Vector menu, like it's now with the algorithms formerly available in fTools? It would be great if this function could be kind of hard-wired to the attribute table with a button (like the field calculator, formatting etc.). I think especially ArcMap-users (but not only) will struggle to find that function.
