Immagino sia a dir poco superfluo richiamare il fatto che, nei poligoni a "ferro di cavallo" o comunque nei poligoni "concavi", il centroide viene generato e posizionato al di fuori del poligono al quale si riferisce (e non potrebbe essere altrimenti ...per lo stesso motivo per cui Fosbury vinse,

Grazie a tutti, sono riuscita a mettere la legenda più o meno come volevo (non riesco a giustificare bene il testo, quindi non è bellissima a vedersi, ma posso senz'altro migliorare )! E se volessi inserire nei riquadri delle formazioni geologiche anche la loro sigla (ho inserito un campo apposito

Se guardi bene nei settaggi della legenda, nella sezione "proprietà principali", c'è una casella in cui devi inserire un carattere a tua scelta, con il quale andare a capo automaticamente. Personalmente ho scelto il carattere "&" che difficilmente si trova in ambito litostratigrafico. Quando
