Did you really download the 64bit installer? Here is the direct URL:

You don't see any difference between the two installers and you don't
see it in the about screen of QGIS which version you are running (32bit
or 64bit) -

Maybe I had a misunderstanding but...this plugins allow to edit a specific
(and equal for each one) column value for all the element selected from
the layer just in one click!...it's right?
if it's right it doesen't work...I don't think i've made errors it looks
too simple to fail

In here (win7), if you did not set your active layer as editable, the
plugin will do it for you.

I've been trying to compile QGIS 1.8 on Arch Linux x64 after
python2-sip was updated and now there's an error at about 94% I think
is related to the updated sip package but not sure.
