The plugin manager is trying to load a module that is not anymore in processing. It should be fine if you just close it, and the plugin should be updated. In case you have problems, just first uninstall the older version (also with the plugin manager) and then reinstall the newer version Hope

I updated Processing, no missing dependency errors after restarting QGIS. A couple things to check: turn on the Keep dialog open after running algorithm general option, you can then see more details of the problem in the log window after closing the error dialog. The missing dependency error

Deleting QGIS won't do anything, nothing directly installed will change, and installing plugins does not change anything in the QGIS.app. Deleting .qgis2 may help. .qgis is for QGIS 1.x and does not affect QGIS 2 at all, but it doesn't hurt to remove it to clean up. .grass* is not used by
