Dear All,
Any help would be much appreciated as I am starting to go insane!
Every time I draw a polygon shapefile in qgis 2.2 it will only shows up if
it does not overlap another shapefile. I cannot fathom why it is not
visible. I never had this problem in QGIS 1.8. This new shapefile is at th

Dear List,
I'm trying to install QGIS server on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server
release 6.5 (Santiago) by following the instructions provided on QGIS.org.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work so far.
Here's what I did :
1. Add the ELGIS repository (as said here

I think for plugin issues, you will have better luck notifying the plugin
maintainer or seeing if it's already reported in their issue tracker.
https://code.google.com/p/qspatialite/issues/list is where you can see that
specific bug tracker for the qspatialite plugin.
FYI, 4.1.1 looks like a vers
Hello Carol,
Yes on my attempted method.
I'm trying to darken the photo, (.sid), so I can get more contrast with other

Hi Mike, have you tried using the raster toolbar? Zoom in the area of
interest and then click on the tool "Local cumulative cut stretch ...", it
may do what you want.
Cheers

This is in QGIS 2.2. When I label a polygon layer, in my case a very
simple shapefile of just a few sates, only 2 of the 8 labels appear and
the rest are missing. When I go into edit layer mode, I see all labels,
then turn off edit mode, and only the same two labels appear. When I

I noticed the QspatiaLite plugin was recently upgraded. I have QGIS 2.2
and when I click to use the QspatiaLite plugin, first a small error
message window pops up with just the text "4.1.1." I have to click twice
to close the error message and then the plugin opens. Is this a bug?

Hi Ross
You must save those symbols like png file. Next convert to svg file. You
can do this with this converter:
http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-svg
Next put your svg symbols in this path C:\OSGeo4W\apps\qgis\svg
also You can create a new folder on this path.
