What kind of error di you get when publishing the gpkg in GeoServer?
And what version of GeoServer are you using?

Dear all
I have a quick question regarding the support for Geopackage.
I want to prepare a few geopackages in Qgis and then serve their data as
WMS from GeoServer. But apparently GeoServer only supports Geopackage
version 1.2, while Geopackages created with Qgis are an older version.
Another bug report (or feature request?) here:
https://issues.qgis.org/issues/17220
When I create metadata for a Geopackage layer, they are apparently not saved

Dear all
I am making a few tests with Geopackages and I have a short list of
behaviors or features that, IMO, would be quite nice to have in Qgis. But
I'd like to have feedback from some of you before moving ahead. Maybe the
majority disagrees with my opinion or maybe I have overlooked some
documents (in *.odt and *.pdf formats) is to be found here:

All the best

Dear all
on the Qgis-dev list, we are discussing the options of replacing all "Add
..." buttons (Add vector, Add raster, Add WMS, etc.) by one single "Add
layer" button.
The discussion archive is here:
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/qgis-developer/2017-April/047954.html
For this we opened a
additional info offline.
Also, given the relatively low costs, I'd prefer to avoid a full-fledge
crowdsourcing campaign. Too much overhead.
Thanks a lot and all the best

PS: additional info: I just downgraded Qgis to 2.14 LTS, and the processing
tools seem to now work but i would be happy to use the last version if
possible :-)
Any hint welcome!

Hi
We have been using the FZ-G1 in the field with Win 8 and we were pretty
happy with it (not with Qgis though).
The only down we have identified until now is that the port on which the
GPS is running (COM3 if I remember correctly) sometimes switches off
without any reason... Given that the

Hi
I assume there is a misundersanding. I guess Jo assumed that your data is
stored in a PostGIS database, which is why he advised to cast the
coordinates as GEOGRAPHY.
As you seem to be working with shapefiles, this actually doesn't concern
you.
I would project my data into pseudo-mercator

Hi
Look into the plugins of Qgis. Quite a few options to download data from
OpenStreetMap. You can then use the road graph tool to calculate shortest
paths.
Hope this helps

Dear list,
this is my first message here so please accept my apologies if it should be
on another Qgis-list!
As some of you might know, there seems to be a python-related conflict when
updating Ubuntu to 13.04. The problem has been mentioned on various blogs
and forums and is documented here:
