I have Ubuntu 14.04LTS and QGIS 2.4. I have not used QGIs for a long time
and have problems to find thing, but this I a real big problem!
If i move the QGIS main-window it resize and get bigger/higher than 1200
pixel (appoximaltly 1500 pixel high), and I can't make it smaller :(

This also happens on Win7 64 QGIS 2.4.0. Not right away,
but after working with a QGIS file for a while the top of
the window freezes against the top of the display area, and
the bottom of the QGIS window is down below the screen size.
