Hi Christine,
There are several possibillities:
But if your settings are set to Avoid intersection, you polygon will be
clipped against existing polygons. If you digitize entire over a polygon - it
will be clipped away entirely.
So please check in: SettingSnapping and remove Avoid intersection.
Hi all,
I'm trying to configure a qgis-web-client.
The topic is a set of map (5 thematic maps) referred to the same bbox
and almost all the same layers. When I switch (via main page or via
theme switcher) from one map to another, some layers mantain their
old style (the previous style) and not
Hello,
Is it possible to export a shapefile into XYZ from QGIS? It is partly
possible via the GMT option (save layer as) but not readily useable.
Cheers

Alguién sabe como puedo enlazar dos tablas mediante un campo común como se

Hello Every Body,
I’d like to develop a standalone application for air pollution modeling
based on pyqgis. I installed QGIs version 2.2 on windows 7 64bits from
osgeo installer and my development platform is Eclispe/pydev.
As a first step, I’m trying to load a shapefile and plot it on a
Hi all,
In a Postgis-Course I wanted to show Postgis rasters in QGIS. I read
that I can add it through DB-manager. However, nothing happens when I
add the raster to the map canvas.
Is there any other trick?
Is VRT the only solution to view the Postgis raster in QGIS?
Thanks,
Andreas
May-be you’d better show first the window, load the layer and refresh the
canvas NOT the window

Thank you Sylvain for you answer, you are right. I realise that if I show
the window after loading the shape file, the canvas has not the right
dimensions.

Hi all,
3liz has just released the first version of the plugin Quick Export,
funded by the Conseil Général des Pyrénées-Atlantiques (France). It aims
to let the user export the active vector layer to CSV ( I must say TSV :
tab separated values), HTML, PDF and to the default printer, in one click.
Hi Flavio,
This is a QGIS server issue with the cache. The unique index in the
layer cache is the layer id QGIS automatically generated. If you just
copy projects and do not change the id of the layer then there is
first-come, first-served.
The solution is either:

I am having a problem installing QGIS on a new Mac Mini with Mavericks.

Thanks Carol,
I was able to darken my .sid layer using the method you suggested. Turned out
pretty good.
