Hi,
The output of that script should be a window showing you the frequency

The statement for the label:
CASE WHEN contains($geometry , centroid($atlasgeometry)) THEN my label END
WORKS!

Im also on Ubuntu 12.04 and tested with R 3.0.1 and R 3.0.3 and it works as

I recently had the same issue..
I don't know if processing is supposed to install missing module
automatically but the solution for me was to install the missing
packages rgrdal and raster on my Computer manually..
R
install.packages();
hope this helps

It seems you have downloaded an old version of Processing through the
plugin installer (2013-11-20) and installed it over the most recent one. If
you remove Processing from the plugin installer , QGIS should start using
the most recent
All,
I've found a few older reports of this (Bug #4222, #4345, #4486) but can't seem
to get to the bottom of it.
Basically I'm trying to add scaled pie chart diagrams to a polygon layer, see

Hi Robert,
I have tried with QGIS 2.2 (under windows 7, 64 bit) and could not replicate

Ah, that makes sense. R on linux compiles any included C or Fortran so
you need the development libraries and R does not handle this automatically.
For others facing this issue, this likely takes care of it.
sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get build-dep gdal-bin

Hi Everybody,
I have a 5 band heatmap (a GeoTIFF created by the Heapmap plugin) for an
area and a couple hundred xy points. I would like to correlate each of
these points with 1 of the 5 band values in the heatmap - but am confused
with how this works with a raster.
Pointers appreciated!
Thank
Yes. Probably you're working with geographic coordinates (longlat) and
you're getting a buffer of 1 grade, it makes sense depending on your
latitude.

Hi Laura,
I had also problems generating a distance matrix, but then I recognized that
I was working with multipoints. Changing the multipoints to 'normal' points
solved the problem for me.

Could anyone provide any information as to why road graph isn't working? I was

Scratch that, I just discovered QGIS stackexchange :) I see that there is an
