[Qgis-user] DB Manager spatialite query NOT working

I am using qgis 2.14.1 on fedora 21 Linux I've done this successfully in older versions of qgis but it's not working now and I don't kjnow why. So I open a spatialite database in DB manager.  I can add tables with and without geometry

I just opened a raster layer (asci layer), with real numbers with 6 decimals. When click with the 'Identify Features' tool on a raster cell it shows many more decimals, e.g., 83.32058715820312 for a raster cell that has value 83.320587 (as can be easily checked by opening the layer as text file).

[Qgis-user] Ubuntu and gdal 1.11

I hate to ask, I was checking fedora last night and they are up to at least gdal 2.0. Osgeo4w is at 2.02. Ubuntu seems to be in a happy spot with 1.11.2. Are there any plans to move to gdal 2.0 on Ubuntu/UbuntuGIS anytime soon. I'm tempted to start compiling my own packages but that's more

A quick point to follow on... It is possible to flip the order of vector values, e.g. categorised point data, by clicking on the values tab. However, the same operation does not work 2.10, 2.12 for raster data - irrespective of a continuous or equal interval. Seems this feature has been queried
