Hi Nicolas, I uninstalled 2.14 and 2.16 and installaed 2.12 Lyon and all worked perfectly fine. I can clip raster, make contours and the hillshade. I think I need to stay for some time on 2.12 before getting to higher version of qGIS. But I still don't know what cause the problem. -- View
