Hi, I wish I could help. I don't have that version of Mapinfo. You could try installing an older version of the program to test. My hope is that Nathan will help you out. It would be nice to have that code in the openWOR plugin.

seems a compatibility problem of your win32 OSGeo4w python module... would be fine to report here (and to Nathan too) your actual pip freeze | grep win32 mine is: pywin32==218 but I never used that script Luigi Pirelli
