I tried log in and out, the shaking did not stop.

When you log out, you have pick to login to Unity 2D. Other options are
to trying installing XFCE, KDE or another window manager. Another way to
test, try booting OSGeoLive from a usb or DVD to see if it has the same
problem.

I use this command in terminal to update Ubuntu.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
After restart, I installed QGIS. Guess what, same problem still there,
Harlem shake!...
I'm forced to use QGIS in Windows now :-(
What else can be done to stop the shaking.

I have problems with window management in Unity. Usually QGIS's window
opens in a different workspace and it gets messy when I have QGIS main
windows + 2 or 3 print composers.

Without any provocation, QGIS started harlem shake on my computer. I don't
know what to do.
Can only turn it off by pressing Alt + F4, or restart the computer.
