I've made a fix for the 'spaces in paths' issue with launching the
grass shell. A new snapshot build is available at:
http://qgis.org/uploadfiles/testbuilds/qgis_setup.exe
The new snapshot is also built with qt 4.2.2 (probably only of
interest to version geeks :-)

Hopefuly fixed. Now it should only modify the box if output format is PS/EPS.
Note that QT determines the output format automaticaly according
to a file extension:
.ps -> Postscript
.eps -> Encapsulated Postscript
.pdf -> PDF
With Qt 4.2.2 It should work the same way on all platforms.
